HA Flat conveyor belts are the perfect way to easily transport a wide range of goods internally. Our range is designed for light to medium duty applications. Based on your needs, we provide flat conveyor belts that allow you to easily optimize or expand your existing processes.
- HA make Modular flat belt conveyors to build the transport system that suits your processes.
- Your biggest advantage? At HA4.0, we offer modules as standard, allowing you to fully customize each conveyor and transport system to fit your company’s needs.
- Our flat belt conveyors can have an incline or decline as standard up to an angle of 22,5°.
- Choose PVC, PU, felt, or silicone for your belt material, with or without cleats or alignment guides.
- You also have a choice of direct driven, indirect driven, center driven or drum motor for the drive system.
We offer two versions of our flat conveyor belt:
- HA-Light Duty Conveyor: a belt conveyor for light applications up to a weight of 75kg, with a drive pulley diameter of 45mm and widths from 100mm to 600mm.
- HA – Medium Duty Conveyor: a belt conveyor for medium duty applications up to a weight of 150kg, with a drive pulley diameter of 85mm and widths from 200mm to 1200mm.

Curved belt conveyors are known for their reliability, performance, and solid, durable construction. They comply with increasingly rigorous technical requirements and can be installed in the food industry as well as in the logistics, packaging, and distribution sectors.
Curve conveyors are the perfect example of this. They are your go-to solution when you need to change the direction of your conveyor belts. Unlike switching mats, a conveyor belt cannot simply make a turn in the trajectory. A switch is required from a straight section to a curve of 30° up to 180°. This technology guarantees proper alignment of the transported products, quiet operation, and fast transport of heavy loads.
