General :
HA is a specialist in manufacturing of the telescopic conveyor which is used to load and unload trucks, 20′ or 40′ containers and large trailers. This versatile equipment designed with the ergonomics of operations in mind is a masterstroke requirement for the factories of all types which presently depend on manual labor. With the conveyor the automation can be achieved including package counting, RFID tags, barcoded dispatch, etc.
HA also provides customization in telescopic conveyor as like platform along with conveyor for lifting material up to conveyor height.

Features / Structure
HA’s Telescopic Conveyor can not only be used in loading bays, shipping or dock areas but also as a conveyor based on the requirement at the hour of operation.
- 3 ply PVC or Nylon or Rubber belt with rough top design.
- Forward and Reverse i.e. Bidirectional.
- Motorized Pulley (integrated) of of 3 kW.
- Adjustable from 5 m per min to 40 m per minute in both direction using heavy duty drive.
- IP 65 standard mounted by standard on the left in the rear with PLC programmable.
- 20 to 40 deg C with Humidity 35% to 100%.
- Factor of safety 3 in all mechanical component.
